Change Your Default Lesson Duration

The default lesson duration is a setting that controls how long each lesson is. By default, Duet has the lesson duration set to 30 minutes. So each time you manually create a lesson in your calendar or use the Smart Scheduler, the lesson duration will default to what ever this setting is.
In this tutorial, we will walk you through how to change your default lesson duration.
You can always change what the lesson duration is while creating or editing the lesson. Thus you are not stuck with what the default setting is.
What You Need
You only need to know what you want to change your default lesson duration too.
Change Default Lesson Duration
To change the default lesson duration:

In your main menu, click on
Settings.
This will take you into your Settings area.

Click on the
Calendar
tab.
This will take you into your Calendar settings page.

At the top of the page is the
Attendance
section. This is where you want to be.

In the
Default Lesson Duration
field, delete what is in there.

Type in how long you would like each lesson to be, using minutes. In this case, I want each lesson to default to 50 minutes.

Click on the
Save
button.
